We met store Manager Sean who graciously welcomed us into the tiny but efficient store on Atlantic Ave. He ran through the options that were displayed on the board behind him. We decided to create a pesto fusilli with chicken, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts; fettuccini cacio e pepe (Pecorino cheese, black pepper, cream sauce) with bacon and mushrooms; Bigoli with their Napoletana sauce (fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, garlic and oregano); rigatoni Mama Rosa (fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, cream sauce, Parmesan cheese). We also had their bread sticks and meatballs.

Savor Our City recently brought our first group to Corvina as part of our “Savor Downtown Boca, A Taste of Royal Palm Place” culinary tour and it was a tremendous hit with our guests. The service team was spot on and everything that we prearranged was executed flawlessly. They were even able to accommodate last minute surprise dietary restrictions!

We started out with the lobster and butternut squash bisque followed by the ahi tuna tacos and crab rangoon dip, which paired perfectly with the white wine that was served.
